Dear Friends,

The reason we have not released any new videos this past couple of weeks was because we where busy planning for a Harry Potter Spoof. Unfortunetly during the recent filming something went wrong. I’m not going to say what has happened yet because we are not entirely sure if those invovled are going to alright. It is possible we caught what happened on film and may put it up on our youtube page if we feel it is appropriate to show..when I recieve more news I will inform everyone of exactly what happened, but until then I would just like to say RIP Evil Iguana Productions

Dear EIP Fans,

The footage has been recovered and we have been given permission to upload it. After viewing the tape ourselves the incident it shockingly very clear and we feel we would like to show everyone exactly what has happened last night. We are going to cut together the parts we feel are appropriate to be shown and will have it uploaded hopefully within the next 24 hours

With the information you have provided, I wouldn’t expect much of a salary. Just getting a job would be a major feat.
Your question is a little hard to understand. Is B.com Business Communications? If it is, how did you complete the course? I don’t know of any course that gives a salary – fresh or stale.
Maybe photography will be a better form of communication. Come back with a link to your portfolio and ask again.

I run a community non-profit club, and I would like to broadcast some live events that we host, it will be for few days a year, few hours a day, I already have a website that can handle the on-demand file viewing. I’m looking for a live video stream provider that can give me a good quality service with an affordable price; of course I don’t want adv. to be displayed on my broadcasting screen. I am 17 and wanting to be a christian film director when i turn 18+ but i don’t know where to start… should i learn/master Still photography before moving to Video photography? and help or information would be helpful! Thanks!

FILM director job is very difficult to get. You have to be master of many fields. Because making film is multi-million dollar project, they don’t just give it to anybody. It takes a lot of years "paying dues". That translates to working your way up.

Go to film school in NYC or California. Then work as interns to REALLY learn how films are made.

There is an alternative path. Video and Media production. These jobs are not easy to get but nowhere near as impossible as the film director job.

This majors deal with mostly video oriented skills. But much of the skill are still applicable to making movies. These are the people mostly involved in TV productions. But this major might be more applicable because of smaller budget of Christian films.

There are schools that specialize in Video and Media productions. Search the internet. Talk to your school counselors.

Many of the techniques used in Still are carried over to Video and film making. In FILM production they have the budget to hire separate Director of PHOTOGRAPHY. His specially is mostly camera, and photographic oriented details. But he is NOT the director (just the name). In video production, they often rely on the director to know more about photography (the proper angles, lens, settings, etc.). So in this case still photography would be much help.

It does NOT hurt to study still photography.

My friend is an aspiring director. But because of the limited budget he shoots mostly in video. And because of his background is film he lacked much of the knowledge required of controlling his camera. So I worked as his Director of Photography (even though my specialty is photography). The collaboration worked well. But as you can see, as a small time director he would be completely helpless without either the knowledge of photography OR a friend who can work as Director of Photography.

Again the skill learned in photography can’t hurt.

How would I set it so the videos and audio play at the same time, sort of like a video divided into 4 boxes, each box containing a video? I’m using Windows Movie Maker, but if there are any better video editors I’m open to suggestions.

What are some past theater productions of Quinnipiac University? I am more interested in the productions from around 2002 to 2006. And if you know, who were the leading roles of the plays?

Bayonetta was one, they did that in 2004 their leading lady was Virginia Farinacci – I think.
