Hi,alan, i think you must need to check you connect speed:)

Before u upload the downloaded vid to Youtube or other video sharing sites, you must convert it into video format. So you need a converter.
Youtube accepts the following video file formats: WMV, AVI, MOV, and MPG

U can download and convert the online video with moyea flv to video converter. It supports to convert flv vids to many video and audio formats. I’m using it for a long time and it works very well.

1. download the video (it will automatically be saved to your hard disk)
2. convert the video to the relative format
3. upload it.
You can find links here.

Good luck.

What are some good cameras for a beginner with photography and video capabilities?

I am new to photography, but I don’t want a cheap-o digital camera. I want a real one, not one that families might use for pictures to send to grandma. I would like it to not only be a good photo camera, but be able to take video for more than 30 seconds. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you are really on a budget and want the best quality for the money, check out the P&S Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 [with a Leica lense] which has more features than most pro DSLRs that require auxiliary lenses not even equal to the single initial full-range lense that comes with the FZ28. It is reviewed at:

http://www.steves-digicams.com/2008_reviews/panasonic_fz28_pg5.html

It’s an all-in-one 10.1 megapixel digital camera which includes (i) built-in image stabilization; (ii) HD720 quality video [Quicktime] which permits zooming while videoing skateboarding, action sports; (iii) a 18x zoom [27 - 486 mm (35mm equiv.)] "Leica" lense for nature and concert photography; (iv) up to 0.39 inch macro option; (v) up to 6400 ASA; (vi) takes up to 380 pictures per 120 min. battery charge; (vii) has a "burst speed" of 13 fps; and sells new for $464 at amazon.com. in the U.S.

Here’s an actual handheld picture of the moon:

What is the best way to place my video&music up on youtube?

I have some original music and video, so what is the best place to put it on so it can be viewed, YOUTUBE? And what is the best way to do it, meaning format(mp3-mpg-avi-fl-rm??)

Youtube seems to be the best place to put your stuff on. As far as types of format, mp3 is generally the best for music, but with vid, try fl for hand helds, mpg for download, and wmv for high quality. Check with your site, because most of the time, they will suggest what format. With Domain names being cheap, and space costing so low, you may even want to get your own site, and put whatever format you want. Godaddy has got some really good deals.

What is the best video format to use for posting videos on the internet?

I’m just starting to take video off of my video camera[canon elura 100] and putting it on my computer. I made one 17 minute video but its a 700mb file. I need to make it smaller than that. What is the best type of video format to use or how can I compress this video to make it smaller? Ideally, I’d like to make them small enough so I can post them on the internet for my friends to watch them or putting them on youtube or something.

I like Quicktime. Convert your video to Quicktime if it’s not already. Since you’ve already rendered it into a movie/video go ahead and purchase Quicktime Pro (about $49.95 one time fee) and export your video files using different compressions, etc. Or another Conversion Software that is free is "MPEG Streamclip." Do a Google search for the website. Your file is very large (700MB) for a 17 minute video. You can export it into MP4 (mpeg4) format. YouTube accepts that universal file extension for the web. However, with the mp4 video format, use the H.264 compression (codec) and there are a few other things you need to set, like the bitrate, streaming or downloading, other video settings, audio settings (to decrease your file size even more you can change your stereo audio to "mono" among other things. After you upload your video to video sites on the web they process by compressing it even more into FLV format (flash video) and depending on their compression level, that beautiful video you uploaded can look like "crap" once they show it on the web. I’m putting together some screencast videos to teach people things like this, very soon. You might be able to find some info on what to do by searching the web.

How to be in big productions or movies in acting?

I am an inspiring 14 year old actress, I’ve been acting in plays since I was 11. I would like to know how I can become known and get into movies. I wanted to go to Tyler Perry studios, but I don’t know if you have to plan an appointment with him or something. How would I find out about big auditions such as movies or Tyler Perry productions ahead of time? Can anyone help?

if anyone could answer this, theyd be a billionaire. there is no way to "become known" or get into movies- you not only have to have a top agent and live in l.a. (with a seriously impressive resume; not just plays, but you have to have on camera experience before you can even GET an agent), but you have to be extremely lucky. about 3 million people share this dream with you, so its the most competitive field out there, and every actor on the planet wants to be in movies and become known for their art. you unfortunately dont go from plays to movies- there is a lot in between, and you dont just shoot right up the ladder like that. actors in movies have had tons of on camera experience- independent films, commercials, walk-on tv roles, etc etc. you also need a demo reel. and even then, the chances are slim to be on tv or in movies. getting on specific films or tv shows is even less likely, so you will have to be realistic. and you cannot just show up at a movie studio- those lots are closed with major security to keep out people who dont belong there. nor can you just make an appointment. the only way to get into an audition like that is to have a very reputable los angeles agent, which is almost impossible to achieve, especially after just doing a few plays. right now, you have to get some professional training, audition for any open calls in your area (they wont be for films; more like local commercials, community theater, student films, etc); this goal is a very lofty one, and you have to work up to something like that for years- in fact 99.999% of professional actors never get on the big screen.
